حذف عضوية عالم التسوق (الزبون)

من داخل تطبيق عالم التسوق:

1. سجّل الدخول.
2. افتح الإعدادات.
3. اختر حذف حساب الزبون.
4. أدخل كلمة المرور واضغط تأكيد.

يُسجل الطلب فوراً وتبدأ مهلة تراجع مدتها 15 يوماً. للتراجع خلال المهلة، حاول تسجيل الدخول من شاشة الدخول واتبع خيار التراجع عن حذف الحساب.

بعد انتهاء المهلة، ينظف التنفيذ الحالي عضوية الزبون وملفها، بيانات السلة والمفضلة والإشعارات وإسقاطات الطلبات والإشارات المرتبطة بها، رموز أجهزة الزبون وصورة الملف. تُؤرشف مراجع الطلب المركزي وتُزال منه مراجع البريد ومعرّف دخول الزبون وفق التنفيذ الحالي. قد تبقى بيانات معاملات أو أمان محدودة عندما يلزم حفظها للطلب أو المحاسبة أو النزاع أو الالتزام القانوني.

لا يحذف هذا الإجراء عضوية التاجر المرتبطة بنفس تسجيل الدخول، كما يحتفظ التنفيذ الحالي بهوية Firebase Auth المشتركة.

حذف عضوية AAPartners (التاجر)

من داخل تطبيق AAPartners:

1. سجّل الدخول.
2. افتح الإعدادات.
3. اختر حذف الحساب نهائياً.
4. أدخل كلمة المرور واضغط تأكيد.

يبدأ طلب الحذف بمهلة تراجع 15 يوماً. يمكن إلغاء الطلب من شاشة تسجيل الدخول خلال المهلة.

بعدها يعطل التنفيذ الحالي منتجات التاجر ويعلّمها بأنها تخص تاجراً محذوفاً، ويحذف بيانات المتجر/الملف وموقع الاستلام ورموز أجهزة التاجر وصورة الملف وبيانات التسجيل المحددة. قد تبقى المنتجات معطلة وسجلات الطلب والمحاسبة والتدقيق بالحد اللازم. لا يحذف هذا الإجراء عضوية الزبون المرتبطة بنفس تسجيل الدخول، كما يحتفظ بهوية Firebase Auth المشتركة.

طلب من دون التطبيق

لإرسال طلب حذف من دون تثبيت التطبيق، راسل Supportadmin05@gmail.com من بريد الحساب إن أمكن، واذكر نوع العضوية المطلوب حذفها. سنطلب التحقق من السيطرة على الحساب بطريقة آمنة قبل المعالجة.

لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق عبر البريد أو الرسائل. سيُطلب إثبات السيطرة على الحساب بطريقة آمنة.

Delete an Alam Altasawuq customer membership

In the Alam Altasawuq app:

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete customer account.
4. Enter the password and confirm.

The request is recorded immediately and has a 15-day cancellation period. To cancel during that period, attempt to sign in and follow Cancel account deletion on the login screen.

After the period, the current implementation cleans the customer membership and profile, cart, favourites, notifications, user order projections, behaviour signals, customer device tokens and profile image. Central order references are archived and the customer's email/Auth UID references are removed under the current implementation. Limited transaction or security information may remain where necessary for orders, accounting, disputes or legal obligations.

This action does not delete a merchant membership connected to the same sign-in and currently preserves the shared Firebase Auth identity.

Delete an AAPartners merchant membership

In the AAPartners app:

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account permanently.
4. Enter the password and confirm.

The request has a 15-day cancellation period. It can be cancelled from the login screen during that period.

Afterward, the current implementation disables the merchant's products and marks them as belonging to a deleted merchant. It removes scoped store/profile and pickup-location fields, merchant device tokens, profile media and specified signup data. Disabled product records and the minimum necessary order, accounting and audit records may remain. This action does not delete the customer membership connected to the same sign-in and currently preserves the shared Firebase Auth identity.

Request without the app

To request deletion without installing the app, email Supportadmin05@gmail.com, preferably from the account email, and identify which membership should be deleted. Secure verification of account control is required before processing.

Never send a password or verification code by email or message. Control of the account will be verified through a secure method.

Current deletion scope

The automated process deletes the requested customer or merchant membership after the 15-day cancellation period. It is not a promise to erase the other membership or the shared Firebase sign-in identity. Limited order, accounting, dispute, security, disabled-product, provider-log or backup records may remain where operationally or legally necessary. A user may email the public contact above to request review of additional data or the shared identity; identity verification and applicable retention requirements apply.
